Seeing Jeebus (i mean Jesus)

well, here's Part 2 of my Wacky Optical Illusions taken from other sites, but with MY own analogies on them. This one i call Seeing Jesus (or look, its some dude with long hair and a beard). For this one, stare at the black and whit picture (stare at the 4 small black dots in about the middle) Stare it it for about 10-15 seconds. Now QUICKLY look at a wall and blink mega fast. You'll see the dude himself: Jeebus! Right there in front of your eyes!!

I, WARDRICH SOLEMNLY SWEAR THAT THIS ILLUSION WORKS. IT HAS BEEN TESTED BY ME, AND WORKED. This one may be kooler than the spinning circle of psychoticness!

I'll add my analogy to y this works after a few of you have seen this. The concept is actually quite simple!

I have seen this before elsewhere, and it works better if you tilt your head back and close your eyes.

Dude! Where do you get all these things!? It worked for me Perfect. I notice that when I do that, the guy I see looks diffirent than the picture

EDIT:Actually, the image you see, is actually the picture, except the colors are inverted

It helps if you do it in a dark place, and if you stare at the image for 15-20 seconds. TD, I think he gets 'em from http://www.ebaumsworld.com

there is even an optical illusion built into the site itself! go to the homepage, and you will see that either the bottom right corner of the screen looks darker, or lighter.

aww man, Da_Goat Ya ruined it. LOL. yup, thats where i got it from. Its a great site with hillarious flash animations and prank fone call .mp3s

anyway, i believe TD said it correctly.

the image you see when you blink your eyes IS the exact same picture you are lookin at on the screen, its just that somehow, when your eyes get tired of lookin at the picture, it seems to "burn" it into your sight temporarily. Im not totally sure as to y the colors get inverted tho, but perhaps if you photocopied a bunch of Math formulas and changed the background to black and the foreground to white, and stared at it for an hour before the test, and didnt stop starin at it until the test, maybe you could get them burned in long enuf to help you out!

ya, that ones GREAT, but for maximum effect: Look in the center for 20-30 seconds, then look at your hand! EeEeEeKkKk

I KNOW HOW IT WORKS! I (as a magician myself) figured that one out long ago. I'm not going to tell you, but it's very possible. It doesn't use cookies or anything, no computer tricks.
