House in forest, getting inside by smashing a wall with a truck

I played this game as a kid i dont remember much but i know something.
In one mission you and your squad are in house in forest and you hear something outside then you go up hill and on that hill is truck, you let that truck down the hill and truck smash in wall then you jump on truck and over the wall in some facility or something and then you get attacked by some giant mutated wolves or something.
I dont remember more than this.
Can someone help please?

Do you remember what year/decade you played it and if it was a Pc or console game?

Sure you do, for example you must remember if you controlled one character or a group, and whether you could see through the eyes of your character or from the third person, and other details like this.
Please look at the

But generally your description kind of reminded me of the
Resident Evil series.

Game is in first person and you control your character. The game is around the year 2000 and it was pc game.
