House in forest, getting inside by smashing a wall with a truck

I played this game as a kid i dont remember much but i know something.

In one mission you and your squad are in house in forest and you hear something outside then you go up hill and on that hill is truck, you let that truck down the hill and truck smash in wall then you jump on truck and over the wall in some facility or something and then you get attacked by some giant mutated wolves or something.

I dont remember more than this.
