Snake: Ultimate Version is not, actually, the greatest version of the game ever made. However it's decent enough for 1984 I guess! Although the game is in the Norwegian language it's not too difficult to figure out the menu options. Google Translate attempts to translate the intro text as follows: "IN THIS PROGRAM WE SHOULD GUIDE A SNAKE AROUND THE SCREEN. AS THE SNAKE EATS, IT GROWS." You move your snake around and try to collect the box without hitting the walls. It has simple CGA line graphics. At first I thought it had a two-player mode but the info screen is giving you alternatives. (Turn NumLuck on!) You only get one chance before it's game over!
