MicroBucks II is a simple slot machine simulation. You put in your virtual coins (1-5 per pull), then pull the handle and hope that you win big! That's pretty much all there is here. According to the title screen, "it pays 98.9%!" which I guess means on average over a large number of pulls you'll only lose 1.1%? The graphics are decent and it has some PC speaker bleeps and sound effects. Probably won't hold your interest for long unless you're a real slot jockey!
