Elevator is, according to its Mobygames entry this game is similar to the 1982 game "Spy's Demise". It's a simple CGA arcade-style action game from the mid 80's where the object is to make it to the top of the screen while collecting bags of gold and avoiding elevators. You move left and right only, and when you hit the opposite side you're bumped up a level. It plays fine and while it's not too difficult at the beginning it gets much tougher later.
