pga tour golf 1990 password problem

lost password sheet for pga tour golf 1990 that asks a question that you have to answer correctly. wondering if there is a solution to this problem eg anywhere i could download the sheet?
thanks i am open to any suggestion.

You can get the version that's on HOTU, it doesn't seem to require trivia questions. (It seems to be the same game you're talking about, you'll have to download it to see for sure.)

Note that you may have to try more than once to get the download link to work; sometimes when I click "Here!" to download a game lately it just brings me to a big ad; then when I go back and try again it works ...
