What am i in danger with. i use th macs at my school. Their in danger not me. The school might be replacing the macs with windows xp's soon which is not a good thing as macs are better than windows 2000,nt,xp.vista and windows 1.0. All other windows versions are better than macs especially windows me and 95.

There is Microsoft Office '97 for the Mac.
And no, DOS is not on Mac OS 9, the closest thing would be Open Firmware.

I know for sure that Macs didn' start production until 1984 and the system before the mac was an apple 2. The early macs had apple dos but i forgt what was the last mac os to have it.

Lovely thing the internet.
When I was a young man you had to go to the library, dig your way trough tons of books to find some info.
Ourdays all is at man's fingertips.
Lovely.
Really lovely.

I think there was a pre-release (leaked?) version of Windows98 called Windows97.

What do Works and Melissa have in common? I mean, Melissa was a macro virus... so technically, any office application could get it... but considering the Macro was probably written with w32 code, I don't think macs would be affected.
That being said, Mac computers aren't these bulletproof systems that people seem to think they are... I mean, they still have the CLI which is susceptible to script-based attacks.

haha, yeah... sorry. There was a long gap in my attendance here... I used to live on here between like 2000-2002 or 2003... then I kinda just disappeared... then came back periodically between 2004-2006, and I've just recently come back again. hahahaha.
Wardrich puts on his level 50 cap of n00bism
---update---
Okay, I went back a bit and read the Sheep Shaver and HOTU posts... who deletes their whole hard drive worth of abandonware? Especially after being told that it's practically legal?
