Any halp? Gumboots lvl 27

Can anyone help me? I'm stuck in Gumboots Australia, level 27: Mervyn's Will. The second clue is 'BATH GO RIB MA HER HAT' I have never been able to finish gumboots as I can never work out what this means. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Chances are you've either given up or taken a punt like I did based on _very little info_, but I progressed.

UPDATE JUST NOW: Last letter of each word spells out "hobart".
