some new folk music

So I just started listening to more mellow music and came across Sara Hickman while at work at UMG the other day. Does anyone else listen to her? Her website says she has a double album called Motherlode coming out on 6.20 and it seems really intriguing. Anyone know anything more about her? If not and you're looking for some new folk/mellow music to get into I'd defintitely recommend her. Her site's

Honestly, no I am not Sara Hickman. I rarely talk abou tmusic, but found myself really enjoying it.

Not the biggest fan of folk music... with a few exceptions though. Such as Celtic Folk Metal which is awesome and strangely I'm also a huge Van Morrison fan.
