Happy New Year 2006!

Post by emmzee »

Okay well it's not quite 2006 here yet. But just wanted to wish everyone a happy new year.

Also, I wanted to say thank you to the admin, mods and members of this community for helping to keep this forum and website running smoothly and (relatively) congenially throughout this year. :D Kudos to your dedication and thanks very much for caring enough to help out.

You know, it's quite amazing that games created ten, fifteen, even twenty years ago are still being enjoyed by people all over the world today. Let's hope through the dedicated work of people like the DOSBox team we (and future generations) will be able to enjoy these games for years to come.

Kind of sad leaving behind 2005, after all the things that made headlines. But hey 2006 will be better. Happy New Year everybody.

I wish everybody a Happy New Year as well :bday:

Now, let's hope beyond hope that some of the bigger software publishers will release many/all of their older DOS titles to the net as Public Domain
