Hmmm, perhaps finally playing DOOM for the first time after spending all day trying to download it from a local BBS with my slow-ass modem?
Also, the introduction to the single-player Halflife game ... that wow'd me the first time playing it for sure.

What counts as memorable?, but i supose it is when u have to think a lot, so i say : Knights of honor, its a pritty new game, but u need to know a lot about old kingdoms and years. It is a hard strategy game. I rekomand you to play that game if you need to think a lot.

Freespace 2. Holy shit, man, that game will be in the back of my mind forever... absolutely brilliant.
If you're talking about just DOS, then Daggerfall. I still dream about Daggerfall, even though I haven't played it in a year.

Full Throttle, I found that game so funny. Specially at the beginning when Ben kicks in the bar's door, looks at the bartender and says, Um, I fixed your door....it was sticking. It still cracks me up.
