dueling game with spells

i barely remember this game at all. i know it had graphics, although very bad ones. i dont think there was a single player part to it, im pretty sure it was 2 player only, 1vs1 battle using magic to summon creatures and the like. and i also remember that u could summon an illusion of a monster instead of the real thing for less mana or it dies in 1 hit or somtin, dont quite recall. i know there was a dragon creature in it, think it was blue. birds eye point of view. any help appreciated, thanks!
