I'm looking for an old dos game, can't remember the name. The graphics were good for the time; it had a 3-d appearance. You guided a bouncing ball along a set 'path' from the bottom of the screen to the top, encountering traps and tiles that would give way. If the ball fell off the path you had to restart the level. It isn't Hazard Ball, although the descriptions are close.
I seem to remember it wasn't a US made game, I think it might have been German. Anyone out there remember the game?
Another old dos game search
Wally, thank you for the reply. I checked out Oxyd, that isn't it. The game originally came in a 10 cd set of shareware dos games. I got it about 8-10 years ago, and between lending out the set and all that particular cd vanished. You couldn't bounce off walls in the game I'm thinking of; the path or maze you followed was suspended in the air, and if you fell through, the level retstarted. I know that isn't much to go on, I apologize. I seem to remember the ball you guided was blue or silver-blue.

It it a big ball or small ball?
There's a small ball game called Pop-Up!. There is also a similar concept game but it's with a bigger ball that is red.
If it's not this, are you looking for a platform kind of game. Ball bouncing on platform?

JKSM, thanks for replying, I appreciate it. Yes, it was a platform type game, not a side-scrolling game (although one could move sideways in a limited fashion). The ball itself as I remember wasn't small, but at least medium-large size. It seemed to me to be a foreign-made game, German sticks out in my mind, but could have been Polish. There was a set path you were to follow, to reach the other side (you traveled from the bottom of the screen to the top) and some of the tiles or bricks that made up the path, if bounced on several times, crumbled and fell away, leaving an empty space, making it harder to reach the end. Some of the tiles were directional, with arrows pointing which way you would bounce if landing on them. You could make the ball bounce farther depending on how long you pressed certain keys on the keyboard. I believe there was music with the game, but can't remember if there were specific sounds within the game. You could use the mouse to access the menu.
Again, I know this isn't much to go on
I do appreciate you helping me search for the game.
