Help me find a Space Adventure game!

Hi guys, glad im found the website... ive downloaded all my favourite old skool games like Hugos House of Horrors, Alleycat, and Captain Comic. But one game eludes me.
I can only recite from my childhood memories but hopefully the game will ring a bell. The game is based in the future and you are some sort of space hero with blonde hair. Its in the same style as Hugos House of Horros but has a serious tone and better graphics (i think). You start off in a space station i think, and you walk around exploring the station. I think there was a library in the station, that you could read books in but im not sure. There was also a robot or something patrolling the station.
Eventually you can find your way to an escape pod and land on some sort of desert plant.
I have no game what the game is called, any ideas?
