c&c: red alert

okay, i know this question isn't really about a dos game but its an old game. does anyone know how to install and play red alert on XP. i figured it would work but when i went to install i got the " program not suitable for running on ms-dos" so, i tried running trough DOSox by mounting the d:\ but it didnt work. help would be much appreciated

Probably because "Red Alert" is not even a DOS game. Try running it without DOSbox or any kind of DOS support.

Install the latest patch and it will work
