This is what I remember about it

Your not on earth and its set into the future, more than like its a colony and your suppose to get it up and running and you do research to get new items and new buildings and eventually you get visited by an alien race and their hostile, so you have to keep doing research and finally your able to go and conquer the aliens with something that gets invented.

I remember playing this in the early 90's but i don't know when the game was actually first made, also the graphics where pretty much like 3d based but my guess is they werent really 3d even though it looked like it.

Now i do know for a fact that this is not Outpost and it is not space colony and it is not master of orion, and it aint alien legacy and not its not any of the games that had moon in its title.

So with that information does anyone know what in the world this game was called cause I can not find it nor can I remember it????????????

Sounds sort of like 'Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri' (I think that's it).

Second guess would be along the lines of an 'Xcom' game (there were many made).

Nope wasn't any of the xcom games, and since I was playing the game in the early 90's im pretty sure 92 then it can't be sid miers alpha centauri because that came out in 99, so any other guesses????????

Oh i do remember that when you first start out you can build either nuclear power plants or solar somethings and if you built to many nuclear power plants something bad would happen

that sounds like a simcity type game, with the power plants...

I ruled that out already cause I've played the all the sim city games but this one was more sci fi than anything else

Millennium: Return to Earth

Nope on Albion, and nope it definitely wasn't Millenium:Return To Earth but that one is pretty close to what it was like, but see in the one I am refering to you actually see the aliens attacking your stuff and then when your advance enough you can build im guessing some sort of war ships and after they are built you can watch it take off but you don't get to see it fight the aliens

Its a long shot, but there was a game called Gene Wars (by Bullfrog) where you establish a colony on another planet and use genetically modified animals as workers. IIRC, there were aliens that visited you, along with competing groups of humans, but I don't know if they were hostile or not.

That's probably not it, but just in case..

Utopia: The Creation of a Nation?

Uhhhh you know I do believe it was Utopia: The Creation of a Nation, I just played about 5 minutes of it and it really looks like it and it has solar panels and nuclear power plants and the way that wikpedia talks about it, it has to be cause they talk about the aliens that you eventually have to go deal with cause they are on the same world as you, thanks so much broadcast2k!

Oh and Zardus just wanted to say I have plans to play Gene Wars because that is one a friend of mine use to rave about and I've got it also now so thanks for the suggestion on that one as well.
