Looking for title off futuristic 3D shooter where you=bot

I wouldnt know how to ask this, cuz I suck at english and just don't really know how to describe the game...
It was a 3D shooter... You're on earth some time in the future... You play as a robot that can shoot (ofcourse)... The game was really creapy and it scared the (...) out of me when I played it... I think most of mankind was eradicated... I remember that there were a lot of flying enemies... Vague eh?
Please help me... I once had a demo, but I lost it!
