Vivendi has DENIED distributing of these games. There's more info.

They has copyrights. I asked what to do to freeware copies, but didn't get the answer yet.

I've got Betrayal at Krondor on a cd. I've got Ceasar 2, which is better anyway. Not that it matters, I would download them anyways.

Caesar, Red Baron 3-D & Betrayal At Krondor were originally released when Sierra around 1997. At that time, Sierra was there own company. Several years later, Vivendi Universal purchased Sierra which meant that the copyrights on the Sierra games became property of Vivendi.

Well, even though Sierra released these games as freeware, Vivendi doesn't allow free distrubution of these games & Vivendi has the right to stop distrubution because they own the copyrights & this is what Vivendi has done.
