looking for old advanture/puzzle game

I've been lookin' for an old games for few days now and i just can't find the title...
it has something to do with Aliens i think and you had to collect items like you had to take a kind of fake vomit that was stick on the roof... if i remember well you had to use a speaker to make it fall from the roof... and i think their was a basement too.. with grand-father clock(not sure of the name for grand-father clock... i usually speak french)
anyway i wish you can help me guys...
