An old game

I think this was a game by mecc. It was this game where you were this dog, and I think people were abducted by aliens or something. You walked around, picking up bones, and there were house things you walked into. In the demo, the game ends when you go into a house and do something.

If some one can help me, thanks. I got the demo from somewhere, and it came with a demo of Museum Madness and i think it was the secret island of Dr. Quandary.

Just to clear something up, the demo came with a demo of the secret island of dr. quandary. That's not what the game I'm looking for is.

uhm, I don't think so. It didn't have a boy, and it wasn't a super solver game.
