Its old... its gone
Wally
Maybe this could be a sticky if ppl coop.
Idea is this: a thread with many games their Screenshots and The site to get info about it - Dos or old games only please.
the info site cannot, i REPEAT cannot be to abandonware.
This is a good idea so that people dont ask the same old question about the same game name: "looking old game - it had this, this and this" "go look in that sticky" "oh i found it"
This will save ppl time to ask about the game name - if they find it in a thread with Screenshots.
And PPL - RESIZE THE IMAGES -we dont want Huge images showing up that take half the screen.

do we send pics to you so as you can upload them or what?
or do we do it ourselves?

Either way is fine. If you don't have somewhere to host the images yourself I can host them for you, or Emmzee can probably host them. Otherwise I see no reason as to why you can't just add the images yourself much in the same way other members already have.

Thought i would post a link to this site ive been using for a couple of years now... If you are looking for any Box images or Screen shots for DOS games then this is the place to find them.
mobygames.com (just use their search box to look for part of or the whole game name if you know what you are looking for)
e.g. Lets say you wanted images / information about the game 'Jones in the fast lane'... if you do a search it will take you to this page giving you all three listings they have for the game -
http://www.mobygames.com/search/quick?q ... +fast+lane
The classic DOS version comes up as No. 3 so if you click through to the main game page it has all the info about the game. And if you look on the left in the menus there are links to 'Cover art' & 'Screenshots'... Just click on the image you want to view for the full size version.
http://www.mobygames.com/game/dos/jones ... /cover-art
http://www.mobygames.com/game/dos/jones ... creenshots
This site has info on pretty much every old game ever released on many platforms, and ive found it extremely useful. So hopefully others will as well.
