I have seen an old game where you are a secret agent, there is a top down shooting bit where you can capture criminal masterminds but you can also place wiretaps, decode encrypted messages and there is a car tailing bit too... I'm fairly sure its on HOTU but I don't know what its called!

Also I need to find a download of either/both of the Crusader (no remorse/no regret) games (CD images if poss) .

Maybe Spycraft:The Great Game? Never played it but might be it.
