Fox game

There was a game I played about twelve years ago. The protagonist was a fox in blue pants and a white t-shirt, if I remember correctly. He walked on his hind legs; a personified fox. I remember the first stage fairly well. It was a bit dark and the buildings were blue. There was a camel in it you had to jump on the back of to bounce up to clouds, I think. You headed towards the left and you rescued a [girl fox] in a golden 'bird' cage and then you had to carry the birdcage around. If anyone knows the name of the game I'm describing I would be very grateful.
