DOS Games Discussion

Back in the day i had a DOS game that i really loved. I thought its name was Sam or something involving it, but i have been unsuccesful in locating it. You were this small character who traversed many levels. You had to knock out satalite dishes and other computer equipment each level. When you killed enemies they went through different phasesi guess you could say. You would hit it once and then it would become a weaker enemy. Eventually they all turned into tombstones you could get for points. I think the opening screen was a guy parachuting, but i could be wrong. Anyone have any ideas at all? I know that all this might be vague. I probably played it in the early 90's.
