2700k of expanded memory needed??

I've a problem with master of might and magic. When I install the game it works perfect. But as soon as I quit the game, I can't start it again. He always tells me: "You must have at least 2700K of expanded memory"
How can I get the game working without reinstalling it every time??

If you're talking about Master of Magic, I have a similar problem - although I can't play the game at all as the install.exe complains about me having too little conventional memory, and the game .exe itself complains about me having too little extended memody.
And I have no idea how to allocate more memory to be available to the DOS shell in Windows 2000, short of dual boot. (I also have no floppy drive so a boot disk won't work.)
Suggestions?
