DOS Games Discussion

i am using XP Home and the one thing preventing me from installing a ms-dos game is the "files/buffers" command. i can edit the line: files=20 in the config.nt file but i cannot add the line: buffers=20, as the game doesnt recognise its there....so it stays at 20/0, which means i cannot install the game!

any help would be grateful! cheers

maybe put a config.sys file in the c:\ directory...
