Sorry if this has been suggested, but I didn't see it.

Skins for the forums would be great. They're easy to install and can give users their own look to the board. My favorite is subBlack: http://www.phpbb.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=152754

Their should be one that's black with white fixed width font to replicate the DOS feel.

I was just curious. Usually installing skins is a relatively easy process.
