I'm looking for two space games I haven't played in a long time. I can't remember the name so i'll describe the as best as I can.
The first one showed a view of a solar system. You started out with one planet and you could build ships for war and colonization and send them to other planets. I don't remember but i don't think you could actually see the ships just a dot that said how many were in that fleet. I know it was turn based. What ever you did (build ship or send them to other planets) would not show up until the next turn or year. I think you could build probes aswell. The goal conquer the universe. I think the game was for windows, It's been about 6 years since I've played it. The name may have had solar in it. I found a game called solar wars that kind of looks like it but it was not the one i was looking for.
The second game was space aswell but I don't remember that much at all about it. Windows maybe but could have been a late dos game. You had a spaceship that was green (overhead view only). You could move the ship around the universe going on missions. I also remember the ships you battled were purple. Thats about all I can remember on that one. Thanks for the help.
