WipeoutXL/Wipeout2097 Win95 game too quick in XP

Hi guys, I've got Wipeout2097/WipeoutXL working in XP, but it's WAAAAAAAY too fast. It was a win95 game, and needs a 3d card. I have a p4 2.4, 512 meg ram, and it runs insanely fast. Are there any programs out there that slow down the PC to a useable speed (Besides windows that is!!:D )?? I really wanna revisit this game, but it's just too quick to play.

TURBO might help you; I never used it myself but I came across the page linked below when I used GameHippo.
