Giant Cane Toad as Final Boss?

Someone was looking for this game on an off-topic board.. I thought I'd redirect it to dosgames to get some help. I have copied his request below:

"I'm looking for an MS-DOS game. It's a 2D shooter with a giant cane toad as the boss.
-In a level (probably the first), you can climb up from where you start to get grenades or something.
-There are buildings with multiple storeys, and you can climb in the windows.
I know this is very vague, but it's been 10 years since I last played it. Any ideas? Any at all?! "
