Searching a game - don't know the title

Hi!

I remember another game, but I don't know the title. You see a screen with tiles. The tiles are colored in different colors, and you control something that moves on the tiles. I can remember that after you went on a blue tile, the tile disappears, and after you went on a green tile, it became blue. Like that you had to let all tiles disappear and get to the exit. Does anyone know which game I mean? If i remember correctly it's outerspace, but I'm not sure about that.
