I cannot open setup from ocean trader

Hello ive got ocean trader but i cannot open setup. when i want to start the game _trader i see the begin and thenn freeze

What OS are you running on?
Lack of iron and/or sleeping.

you may need to try emulating the game using dosbox (x86 emulator)
