Can't even download anything

I tried downloading a few games, but all that would happen was a popup saying it was downloading to Temporary Folder. This computer is a tad messed up, and I have no idea where this temporary folder is now. I tried searching for it and stuff but it just isn't there! I never got a popup so I could say "save", it just immediatly downloaded somewhere else. Help?

try reseting your entire security options
