1980s gem/crystal collecting game - help identify

I'm hoping someone can remember the name of the very first PC game I ever had. It came with our 8086 (maybe it was an 8088) PC in the late 1980s. The game was only one small executable file, and I thought it was called "Master Miner" but I haven't been able to confirm that. I did find another game called "Master Miner" but it wasn't the one I was thinking of.
Anyways, the game was of the arcade/action genre, for 1 or 2 players simultaneous. You controlled a "ship" that was simply a chevron-shaped thing. Player one was purple and player two was teal, I believe. Besides the 4 directional keys, you had one key to shoot square "bullets". The entire game took place on one map that did not scroll. There were walls/obstacles (e.g., like PacMan). The object was to guide your ship to pick up the flashing squares (I think they were gems or crystals). Your ship could only hold one at a time, and then you would have to bring it back to your base. After dropping it off in your base, you were free to go out and pick up another one.
Player one's base was in the lower left corner, player two on the lower right. You could "work together", but your bullets could definitely kill each other. Your own base was a safe zone, and you could actually hide out in there as long as you wanted. "Bad guys" (monsters?) came out of a square base at the top of the map. They attempted to prevent you from collecting the gems.
That's about all I can remember. Simple graphics, CGA colors, and I haven't been able to find anything about it online. I hope someone recalls this game too!
