please help me find this game.....

I think the name was level 42. It was a game similar to galaga (little ship at the bottom of the screen shooting enemies at the top. But there was 42 levels. please help

First of all, it should 'there were 42 levels'. Not was.

Anyhoo, I'll look into it; but off hand I haven't heard of it.
Lack of iron and/or sleeping.
