I have a problem downloading games

Post by bummerboy »

I read the download guide and know that you have to save your game to a file instead of opening it. Well, when I try to download a game, my computer automatically chooses open, so I can't use WinZip because there is no file saved. How can I fix this?

It sounds like someone has turned the default "Save" option off, so you will have to turn it on.

Here's how you turn it on using Microsoft Internet Explorer.

1. Click on "Tools"
2. Scroll Down to "Internet Options"
3. Click on "Security" Tab.
4. Click on "Custom Level" Button.
5. Scroll down to "File Downloads"
6. Click "Enable" Option.

I did that and it was already on "Enable." But it still does not work.

Oh, the last message is mine. I forgot to log in.
