Lookin for game that was "have sex before you blow up&q

I am looking for a game that was floating around in the early 1990's, for the life of me can't remember the name - but it was a game where you had to have sex before your head blew up. The story was some thing about being locked up with all these women and you had to have sex with them before you blew up. You had to have sex to get rid of your sexual fustrations. If you finished the level (by having sex with all the women) then you moved to the next level.

I have no idea if this is a free, share or what game... but I just wanted to know the name of the game.
