Dr J vs Bird for IBM (not Jordan vs Bird)

I played this in about 1988 on a PC XT with CGA graphics. The playability on it is great, you just use one hand on the right keypad. Bird looks like a skeleton. 
It was just one file named something like 1-on-1.exe, about 55K. Anyone know where to find a copy of this long lost game?
