Impossible Game to Find... HELP ME!

I have been haunted by this game for years! I cannot find its name or even evidence that it even existed for the life of me, despite the hours of research I have done. Please help me!
When I was kid and computers were just becoming common in residential homes, Microsoft Windows at the time had a function where you could play "stock" games on the computer. You would open MS-DOS command prompt, type in "games" in the command, and it would bring up a list of stock games that you could play, like solitaire, minesweeper, etc. There is one game in particular that I very distinctly remember. It was a game where you would click on the screen and shapes (circle, square, etc) would "ripple" out from where you clicked, getting larger as they rippled. I don't remember if there was any objective to the game. It was very simple... more of a visual entertainment, I think. I played this game around the early 90s or so. I cannot, for the life of me, remember what it was called, nor can I find any evidence online that it ever existed. I just want to know the name of it and see a photo of it to make sure it's the one I'm thinking of. It would be amazing if there was any way to play it again, but I will settle with knowing this was not all in my head.
