How to i change the color of the scrollbar-arrow-buttons in windows 3.1

Hello

I recolored the theme of the windows 3.1 in my dosbox.
but the arrow-buttons at the ends of the scrollbars are still boring grey.
How do i recolor them to match the slider on the scrollbar?
