DOS Games Discussion

Hello im looking for one game, so u had to bring water to certain point using lines which u created with ur mouse, on screen were panda standing in the corner, for points earned by winning levels u could buy animals on map to decorate it.

Very little detail, but this sounds like a game that could be too new for us here (later than 1980s to early 2000s), and possible not even on PC or retro consoles.
