"Bowser's Castle" by BISI soft? [Solved]

Hello, I was wondering if anybody here can help me track down an old QBasic game called "Bowser's Castle." I think it might not have been a strictly DOS game and might've needed Win NT but I'm not sure. It was a mario fan game that played a bit like ZZT or socaban (sp?) with large characters. Everything had a grid, and you had to solve puzzle involving enemies such as goombahs and koopa troopas that would move across the stage in various patterns and you had to block the view of "medusa" statues that could kil you with their gaze. I remember the game was hosted on the geocities site of a guy who was active either on this very message board or on the vgmusic message board, it was called "Because I say it soft" or BISI (unfortunately not backed up by oocities or anything similar as far as I can find) and it was in two languages, either Portuguese and English or Spanish and English. If anybody knows anything about this obscure old game it would be appreciated.
