all i can remember is its on PS1 there was like a spider lady charater that u could play ad i believe it was top down could be wrong, you could spawn monster or something to fight for you

Too little detail, try writing a more coherent description.

Also when you say you played this when you were five or six, it tells us nothing because we (surprise surprise!) don't know your age.

For the PS1 platform, I only found two games listed in the 'animals: spiders' group:
