Hello hello.

The game i remember playing i think in late 90, early 2000 on Windows 95/98, where you climbed a rock Wall by moving each hand/feet one at a time to move up the Wall.
And if i remember right it also had like a stamina bar that if it went to low you started losing grip and fall down.
Its not:
Beoynd The limit: ultimate climb.
LGR Extreme rock climbing.

And one detail that im not sure of that it had soda/pepsi logos ingame, which you could grab to gain more stamina.
Thats all i remember.

I can only suggest you Google for rock/mountain climbing at MobyGames, because there does not seem to be a game group for that genre.

The first climbing/Mountaineering game was Final Assault

...but your description of it being late 90s/early 00s means it probably was Everest or Extreme Rock Climbing, which had some product placement.

All are available on MyAbandonware, probably similar sites too.

Possibly 'MER Adventure Climbing'?
A DOS game, with advertising for a soft drink brand.
