PC Game fighting robots with real cut scenes

Hey everyone!
I have been looking for years to find a game I used to play on PC as a kid. I had a feeling it was metal gear solid but the cut scenes don't match. The game I played had real people in the cut scenes. Game was about fighting robotics. I don't think it's mech warrior as their cut scenes aren't what I remember. Any help will be greatly appreciated
