DOS Games Discussion

Hails, I've been looking for a PC game I vividly remember playing quite a lot as a kid in the late 2000s, it was a very sandbox-ey game where you'd spawn sheep (or they were already spawned) and you could also spawn stuff like maybe a car or some obstacles or perhaps other enemies (I don't remember this part too well). I also think I remember that it was 2D and had a top down perspective. It's not the game "Sheep" or "Tanktics"
