Wolfpack is very slow with XP

I heard more dosgames had this problem. But i finally want to play the game but i cant! Its more slower then my old 386

I hope someone knows something for this problem.

try running dosbox

dosbox.sourceforge.net

put the game into c:\

then type: mount c c:\wherever your game is

type c:

Before you do this i suggest you edit the dosbox config file

Look for the cpu cycles and set them to 10000
