DOS Games Discussion

I am looking for a "house decor" game. Dont know how old, but it was for pc. Had diffrent levels. Ex "only blue items" in a room, or 3 couches. You had to place different furniture with special requirements for passing the level, had kind of a "furniture count" or points of some type... 2d game .. quite simple game...

Sounds like something that could have come out for Win3.x or Win95.
