Falling blocks puzzle game, early 2000's

This was an puzzle game with falling blocks and connect 3 mechanics.
It must be between 1998 - 2002.
For windows.

One thing I remember is that soundtrack included a midi version of 'Cuando Se Quiere de Veras'.
